SUMMER SPORTS ACADEMY

For students aged 9 –16 years old, all abilities welcome.
Residential Fees: £895
Day Fees: £395
Day students are also welcome to join the Academy Mon - Fri 0800 -1800.
The day fee is inclusive of coaching clinics, excursions, refreshments and lunch.
Residential Academy
Activities will be scheduled to include sports coaching clinics, games, excursions and social outings. Aimed at students wanting to improve their sports skills, social skills and independence in a fun learning environment. Activities will be taught by fully qualified, specialist and experienced staff.
The fees are all inclusive and will be based at Merchiston Castle School using their top facilities to accommodate students throughout the week.
The Academy Will Include...
Sports
A wide range of sports such as Soccer, Rugby, Cricket, Field Hockey, Netball and Volleyball.
Excursions
Excursions will include a visit to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Arthurs Seat, Calton Hill and Greyfriars Bobby, combined with a historic ghost tour! We will embark on a short rail journey along the golf coast to North Berwick and have a go at climbing the world’s largest indoor wall at the EICA. To top it off, we will have a behind the scenes tour of Scotlands’ largest stadium- Murrayfield, the home of Scottish Rugby!
Activities
The evening program will include team building games, sports seminars, softball and other recreational activities.
